I ordered a device and it took 13 days before it finally shipped and it’s the 14 day mark now and I still haven’t received anything. Every time Iv emailed customer service it’s a 3-5 day turn around before I get a reply. It’s ridiculous. The store 30 minutes away from me sells the device I could have gotten it this long if I knew it would take two weeks to get it in the mail.
