I want to use this vaporizer. I got my product and there are no videos that actually show how to set up and load the product. I had to wait weeks to get a response providing a video that shows clearly how to load the product. Now, I think my product may need repair for factory damage and it's taking weeks to get back to those inquiries. I want to use this product so badly, it looks so cool. Please help me.
