1. It took over two weeks to deliver.
2. Customer service is useless email responses that does not help at all.
3. I have been trying to get support since the day I received my order. Now you are telling me that in order to get my refund I have to return it in original unopened package within two weeks?????
You have WASTED my time for the last three weeks.
Why don't you just say NO customer service, NO refund.
Thank would have been more honest.
