Product is outstanding, as mentioned in my earlier review, I have purchased 4 so far. The problem is customer service or the lack of. I've had 2 issues that I've contacted Divinchi about , in a week's time. The first was about product return which took several days to receive a response on. The 2nd, is about product failure that I've been waiting almost 5 days, including the weekend, for confirmation that my submission was received. I love your product and understand the challenges of providing good customer service but there remains a large gap between Divinchi's customer service and their product quality.
