It’s been almost 3 weeks since my order was placed. Contacted customer service. They gave me a tracking code over a week ago that still hasn’t been received from the courier. I was told that this type of purchase normally takes a few weeks to arrive. Does not make sense since I received a similar product from a competitor within days of ordering. (Both orders were placed on the same day).
Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. Still have no idea if its even coming at this point, other than the customer service reply to my query.
