I have not received my package from UsPs and they said it was dropped off at the front door/ porch. I am trying to file a claim but the server is down or it tells me to try back later. I even walked in the office and was told to file online only. Takes 3-4 weeks by mail to get a response I can’t understand why it’s so difficult.
