First I went to the websiet to purchase an IQ3. They were available on the website so I purchased a black one. Then I received notification that my device had shipped and was sitting in a Las Vegas distribution facility. Then the device sat at that facility with no updates for 3 days. Then I received a notification that Davinci had received by support ticket. I never entered a support ticket. Turns out they opened the ticket, put no information in the ticket, and then only gave more information once I replied 5 HOURS LATER! Turns out hey never had any devices in the first place and had never shipped my device. They told me they could hold my order and send it out in 2 weeks once they receive more devices in stock. For a device of this cost this level of customer service is unacceptable. It seems like a game the company plays hoping people will keep their orders.
