Called the call centre this morning and was told my parcel will be delivered by 5pm for the latest, asked the consultant for the drivers number and was told thy don't have any numbers of the drivers, but the person who will be delivering my parcel, his name is Craig.
When I went on to the tracking system iy shows my parcel has been returned but no calls or smses was sent out me..
This is really poor service..
