Rude staff at the customer service, false attempts od delivery, false reasons for not delivering and 13 days today still waiting for it to be delivered. I THINK THE COMPANY MUST CLOSE OR IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES

No communication whatsoever waiting for my package since last month and on the 4 they say at the depot until now is still the called làst week the just promised me to put it on delivery but you could see she just saying that for me to cool off but I'm so disappointed with u guys I normally buys at dunns and the are using u for their delivery and u always deliver on time.this is not good for your business

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 10th it's the 14th today, no parcel, no updates NOTHING!

They have taken "receipt" of my delivery on the 1st April...It is Friday the 12th now....no further updates and no delivery!!! Phoned them, after waiting forever for an agent I was told they will deliver next week sometime? Absolutely pathetic service.

Worst service I have ever experienced!!! Can’t believe this company is still open. After I have read all of these other reviews, you should really up your game!! Pick & Pay Clothing should highly consider using a different service. Also received a sms for 3 days straight say out for delivery and still nothing!!

If there was a 0 star I would give them that. Everyday I use my money to call to ask for my parcel that I paid for. They lie everyday and say they will dispatch tomorrow. Tomorrow is tomorrow. I want my parcel pdp laser. I paid for this parcel. The worst of the worst service ever. Yoh it's even more sad that I've had to deal with them 3 times before and had to go through the same issue. I wish we could choose our own couriers when shopping internationally

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would advise anyone against using Dpd Laser. As a company they do not have the capability to handle any sort of larger capacity. They should think about their clients and the longevity of the client instead of taking on jobs they clearly can't handle. It's not sustainable as company, it's obviously doing more harm than good

Dpd is such a useless company, I have been waiting for a week to receive my parcel. They gave me a lame excuse that my address was incorrect, gave them my address but still no delivery. They don’t even bother with calling/emailing you concerning the delay. Buffalo should just quit using this useless company I don’t even understand why it’s still running with such negative reviews. Tjooooooo isdina sento!!!

Buffalo logistics is creating a bad image for themselves using dpd laser my shein parcel has been with dpd from 25th Of March till today they hung up on om no replies on email very bad service

Poor service worse than ever I've been waiting for my delivery two days ago I called them they said it's on delivery dololo empty promises I have to deal with my customers.. They should close down coz seriously I don't see any use.

Waste of time and money ...the lowest of them all they do not care about customers convince..they are untruthful . Been waiting for my order for over three days being told it's on the way but later the status changes to failed to deliver. They also state contact numbers not available but they never called . Been trying to schedule with the call center for enquiries but nothing was responded they do not answer calls . They just basically at a rate of zero .....it's should just be closed down this is not business 😕

I was suppose to receive a parcel just before easter weekend but I was not in town. They said they will reschedule it to today 02 April. I was waiting all day for the delivery just for them to tell me that my details are incorrect but I know that is just a lame excuse. They infact did not try to deliver or call me. I am so mad I could scream. I am busy contacting them waiting for them to come back to me.

DPD Laser I had a parcel on for delivery yesterday after making arrangements to get notified 30 minutes prior to delivery which never happened I was informed my delivery failed. Then arrangements were made to send the driver back and after a 2 hour wait that also never happened. Told multiple different stories I can only be under the impression that non of your employees have a clue what is going on and that they just go out of their way to waste customers time and money. You guys are a courier service and all you have to facilitate is getting a parcel from your warehouse to a location but clearly that's too difficult. I hope to never have a parcel sent through DPD Laser ever again. Such bad service that a collection couldn't even be arranged🤣... what a joke of a company

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Dynday and Monday - was promised everyday and got sms that delivery will happen - STILL WAITING!!!!!! Will definitely not use them in future!!

A bed base and matress we bought @Takealot was delivered to my kids house in Potchefstroom where they study. The bed was for us when we visit. We visited a few weeks after delivery and found the base, still wrapped, but could see it was damaged during delivery. We logged a return with Takealot and the base was picked up by DPD lazer and returned to us within 2 days, because Takealot said the return period was overdue. The second time DPD lazer dropped the base off, it was even more damaged and missing it's feet. We refused delivery without feet. In the mean while my wife and I, had to sleep with the matress on the floor!!!! It took us 2 months to sort it out after numerous emails and calls. Finally, the base was delivered again...WITHOUT the feet and BADLY damaged!!! We refused delivery again. This is SO BAD!!!!!! Do not trust these people with anything that it easily damaged. They do not care at all!!!
