“I received a SMS to say my parcel was delivered but I could not track which neighbour. Contacted Environ who put me through to Luzuko. He was very proffessional and helpful and in no time I had my parcel. He is an asset to your company.I was not at home for my delivery and asked Dawn Wing to leave it with my neighbour. The courier left it with at my other neighbour which was so great that Darrel did that. Darrel has always been helpful and is also very proffessional and is an asset to your company. Thank you . I'm a happy customer. Gail Steele”

“At first I was nervous when I heard that my Refinery item would be shipped through Dawn Wing after reading the terrible reviews , however despite this, my item arrived hassle free and it took them about an hour and a half to deliver after receiving the SMS that my product was ready for delivers. Thanks Dawn Wing !”

“with the current status of Ecomm growth due to COVID19, complaints have become novelty. go stand in the long queues, full malls and buy your goods in store yourself. Clearly these are people that have no clue what logistics is all about. They clearly have not met "Murphy" and the negativity is uncalled for. These courier companies have people working 24 hour shifts and yes, human error does creep in from time to time. Intolerance in South Africa seems to have become the norm for us as consumers, and yes we pay for a service and blah, blah, but hell, pray for understanding with the situation all courier companies find themselves in at the moment. the majority of these post are what.. under heavy lockdown... leaving it there”
