(Ref: RS87035587) Unfortunately I did not recieve my parcel, the driver arrived late ,I made arrangements for someone to collect on my behalf but the driver drove away with my parcel and avoided my calls. This is the first time they send such a driver and I am not happy with the service at all. He arrived at 17h10 and my husband got there at 17h13 but he had left with my parcel. Their office hours operate till 17h00. I would not recommend the service to anyone
