I had two separate deliveries, which were to be sent to two desperate addresses. The driver delivered only one package, to the incorrect address, but confirmed delivery on both waybill numbers. I still do not have the outstanding package which was supposed to be delivered to me and the call centre cannot even give me a turnaround time regarding when this will be resolved. They also cannot give you the driver’s details or an e-mail address or contact number of anyone who can assist. The most incompetent service I have ever received. I hope that retailers stop using their courier services.
