Service is terrible!!!
On the tracking app it states that the parcel was collected on 25/01/23 and then again on 30/01/2023 but they don't have the order??
Today it is 11/02/23!!
Where did my parcel get lost?
It is a dishwasher!! Not a small thing!!
The words. "we will get back to you or we will let you know" and if you tell them NO I will stay on the line then the call dies after a while... Then you have to wait in the queue again...
No this is unacceptable!!!
