Got our 3adult and 2 child tickets for Chester Zoo with DOWTK but didn't realise Chester Zoo site had a special offer on for a family ticket. Emailed DOWTK and within 24 hours I had a response and they refunded the difference. Best prices around, brilliant site to find days out/activities and excellent customer service.
