Shocking! The light when it worked was fine - however it failed just outside of warranty. On contacting the company I was shocked to discover that they do not offer a repair or investigation service - at all.
This is unacceptable in terms of sustainablity, it's not environmentally friendly and buyers should be aware that if a simple fault occurs an expensive lamp will have to be written-off.
Had I been aware of this I doubt I would have purchased the lamp in the first place.
This is not the way reputable manufacturers behave.
