“I received a lamp as a gift at Christmas which was faulty. I e-mailed the company and got a swift response. The lamp was returned and I was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement, but they were out of stock at that time. Sven from Customer Services has kept me informed at every stage, letting me know that the replacement lamp will be delivered sooner than anticipated. Excellent customer service in my opinion.”
“Shocking! The light when it worked was fine - however it failed just outside of warranty. On contacting the company I was shocked to discover that they do not offer a repair or investigation service - at all.
This is unacceptable in terms of sustainablity, it's not environmentally friendly and buyers should be aware that if a simple fault occurs an expensive lamp will have to be written-off.
Had I been aware of this I doubt I would have purchased the lamp in the first place.
This is not the way reputable manufacturers behave.”
“I was very disappointed with the returns of a light that was brought as a Christmas present. Yes it was over their very minimal 15 day allowance policy for returns but I explained about my husband working abroad - he didn't actually get to open it until after Christmas and then - due to other items he needed to take back - he couldn't take the light. Just because you can enforce this does not mean it is the right thing to do.”
