I received a lamp as a gift at Christmas which was faulty. I e-mailed the company and got a swift response. The lamp was returned and I was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement, but they were out of stock at that time. Sven from Customer Services has kept me informed at every stage, letting me know that the replacement lamp will be delivered sooner than anticipated. Excellent customer service in my opinion.
