I was honestly impressed by the speed I got a response from their support team. I placed an order recently, then wanted to modify it. So I contacted them through the order confirmation email. I messaged them early Easter morning, not expecting a reply until at least Monday. Instead, I got a reply email 21 minutes later, with instructions on the last steps needed to modify my order.
