I purchased the Ghost Case 2.0, and it is brilliant to perfection. The packaging was premium beyond worlds, beautiful. For the case itself, it feels high-quality, durable, tactile, and neat. The only issue is the plastic tracking fingerprints, but given it's a plastic back, it's expected. Overall, an amazing product.

“Don’t buy from them. My package was lost in the mail—it’s not their fault—but after three emails and a full week, I still haven’t received any response from Dbrand. Good luck dealing with their customer service.”

Been with Dbrand for my laptop Skin since 2022 and never really had any issues until I tried getting deeper into "Dbranding" my electronics, including my phone. I explained my situation regarding my Ghost Case that I combined with Warzone skin, which was a disaster because it showed so much watermark. So, genuinely, I was very unsatisfied. The case itself is in perfect condition and I've only used it for 4 days (I took it off my phone and repacked it for refund). Posted my situation on reddit, and one of their robots told me to self-serve return it through link they gave me on that exact reddit post. I followed the prompt and boom, Return Denied. Apparently my reasoning is against their return policy. What? I am NOT SATISFIED with their case for what happened to the look of my phone. I wanted to get a refund and then get a grip case with Warzone but they refused to proceed with my return even though the case is literally used only for 3 days, super "like-new" condition. I am very disappointed. Big company without big commitment. Can't even lose 50 bucks for loyalty. Go ahead and keep that money. I am moving on to other case (Spigen or Casetify) from now on.

Do not BUY FROM HERE!! They will not issue a refund. I got charged 82 for an item then I had to pay $14 dollars to send back wrote refund all over box filed a dispute after a week with my bank only to not receive a refund!! Horrible company!!!

Ordered the Killswitch in early june, then got delayed to "early august" for the new Joy lock which then came early september. the Right joy lock wasn't staying on when I picked up the console one handed which is what my order got delayed for 3 months for. Contacted support (which was told 10 buisness days at max) took 16 days for them to respond. Asked me for videos and pictures demonstrating the problem so after 6 more days of support they told me its my fault it falls off. Worst experience Ive ever had.

First, I received a prompt to give my phone number and email for a discount. I did so and then was never given any discount, just a bunch of marketing texts and emails. Then I ordered a carbon fiber case on 8/26. It didn't arrive until 9/5 as it was coming from Canada. When it arrived, it was a plain black case. I have tried contacting them by replying to their order confirmation email (9/8) and by their website "help" page (9/5) to get the correct item I ordered and I have not received any reply to either as of 9/16. I have a new phone that has gone unprotected for nearly a month now due to the shipping time and receiving the incorrect item without any care to replace it with the correct item. The packaging and marketing are great, but the lack of care about their customers ruins everything.

I bought it one year ago and it did not protect my back screen. Further more, the case on my pixel 7 broke in 2 pieces. I am not happy about this product, specifically for the price it costs. You can see the pictures

They’ll take your money and then ignore you for weeks on end, and you’ll never receive product. There is no customer service and no human to talk to.

Screen protectors twice the price of high quality ones from other companies, while being lesser quality. Poor adhesion around the sides, bubbles galore, and their application method actually attracts dust. 2+ month shipping times with no communication. Wasted money.

I bought three Prism 2.0 screen protectors for my wife and brother solely because their website advertised no fingerprints on the screen. However, within two minutes of using them, fingerprints started to show, and after a day of use, the screens were completely covered in smudges. I contacted customer service, and they offered the excuse that the oleophobic coating isn't effective against oily hands. They explained that the “NO FINGERPRINTS” claim doesn’t hold up in that particular situation—something not disclosed anywhere on their page, despite branding their solution as revolutionary. Their proposed solution? That I stop high-fiving my wife and brother so our hands don’t become oily—and that they’ll send us something to burn our fingerprints off. Terrific.

Im quite annoyed it wasnt made clear you have to assemble the design when you get your case. I dont like that the case doesnt already come with the design for a few reasons. 1. I feel like with time the skin will start to peel. 2. If i drop my phone the skin will easily get damaged. 3. I paid over 50 bucks for this case for it to be a lot more dull than what is advertised. 4. The design not already being on the case makes it look way cheaper than what we pay for 5. Installation of the skin is a nightmare for someone like me, i need it be line up perfectly and even with watching their Installation videos i had to reapply the skin a few times for it to be line up perfectly which makes the sticky part weaker. The only reason im not giving a 1 star review is because i like the way the actual case itself feels. It does feel durable and i like that its pretty grippy.
