I ordered a killswitch essentials case on November 23. On November 30 I got a email saying my order had shipped. It’s December 26 today and it still hasn’t arrived. USPS tracking says a label was created but the item hasn’t shipped. I emailed to ask about my order but there is a message saying that Dbrand staff is out of office until January 2. I did receive an auto-generated email with the subject line “It’s going to be ok.” The email said there was a “slight delay,” and my order would arrive “a little bit later than expected.”
