Slow shipping and bad customer service.
I paid for 2 days of expedited shipping and didn't receive my item until a week later.
When I tried to return the item due to slow shipping, I was told that it takes two days to process to order and another 3 days to ship, even though the estimated delivery date range never showed that wide of a time frame. It's a false advertisement at its best and I would not recommend anyone trust this company
