Had a skin peel off due to a weirdly shaped case. In my rage I tossed the messed up skin and dbrand still helped me out. Had another hiccup with a separate order and they resolved the mistake VIA EMAIL WITHIN THE HOUR!!! Legendary service or suspiciously robotic if you ask me.
