I wanted an exchange cos i'd changed my mind on the colour i'd chosen. They replied very quickly giving me the details of how to go about this and advice on the colour i wanted.
The product itself is very good quality as i've had one on my Surface Pro 5 for quite a while now and it hasn't started to lift off or get scratched at all.
