one of my three masks showed up with a split in the seam, about 1in, maybe a little more. one email to tell them the problem, they requested an image, and they responded IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. they solution is they are sending a new mask free of charge. fantastic customer service. it's almost like robots are more efficient than humans or something, weird.
