I purchased 2 first generation grip cases which after time unfortunately started to separate( rubber sides to carbon base), I contacted dbrand as I had recently been informed of a single body construction of newer grip cases and inquired if I bought a new grip case would it be this newest generation and also the informed them of the problem I had with the original. And these wonderful caring robots quickly informed me they would replace the defective units for free.
