Made a mistake while ordering my 2nd and 3rd dbrand skin because I liked the first one so well (totally my fault, nothing they did wrong). After a quick contact email the next day, they responded back almost instantly that they were able to fix my goof, and I would be receiving what I MEANT to order, instead of what i mistakenly ACTUALLY ordered.
