Wow! They’re robots have to be one of the best things about their service. I receive answers within SECONDS and these answers are always in good taste. Much better than speaking with a real person in my opinion, no attitude or extra steps involved. Many have recommended this brand to me and if you’re on the fence about it like I was, it’s worth the extra $ for service and quality assurance. Take it up with the robot if you aren’t sure :)
