I ordered a skin for my laptop I recently got. The skin I had received, after putting it on, had experienced some shrinkage/wrinkling. It didn't turn out at all how I wanted it to :(.
They sent me a new one free of charge, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I just want to say, thank you to dbrand support for being awesome!
