dbrand used to be great until few months back when their customer service went into the drain and so did their product quality.
I have ordered multiple items and half were sent and half were wrong and bad quality.
When I reported it. The customer service was extremely poor. It was as If they were doing a favour to me by replying after providing repeated evidence.
Multiple emails for 10 dollars refund because they did not agree about bad quality obviously. I still have not got the refund.
Never buying again from them and using xtremeskins in UK rather.
