Bad customer service and orders don't fully deliver to customer. I have ordered multiple items from the company and tried to reach out to them because some item is missing but they totally ignored me and have not resolved the issue.
1) paid extra but does not commit to the deadline - opt for premium delivery but deliver out almost 2 weeks after
2) missing item in the package - ordered multiple items but have not received them fully
3) no reply from customer service - all you get is some automated reply.
Overall it is an expensive bad experience.
