Worst courier & CUSTOMER service ever. Never going to buy again. Bought skin month ago and no update. When asked through their email system they said maybe the parcel was lost in transit and will ship new one in a day or two but shipped the other percel after almost 5 days. After like 1 week or more i noticed my first parcel (which was lost according to dbrand) has some update by courier that its been in my country but as soon as it arrived in sorting facility it goes back again to the sender now and now i am empty handed and again i have to wait another month for my parcel to be with me IF IT WILL NOT BE LOST HOPEFULLY!!! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO NOT BUY FROM OVERSEAS.
