They ignore their obligations under The Consumer Rights Act .
They have long wait times.
They try and fob customers off with products they didn’t want.
They don’t respond to issues raised and bat it back without compromise . I have a table where all the screws / fixings don’t align . They won’t sort it .
Because of the painful customer service and possible legitamacy of the company , I would not deal with them again.
