I have only worked with Sunny for a short time; however, he has always been prompt when quoting back to me and definitely strives to offer the lowest pricing available for us. The only thing that I do not like about his strategy is that he calls too much. I am extremely busy and do not have time to talk to him everyday. That is the only complaint that I have. Other than that, he has excellent customer service skills and always wants to make his customers happy.
