I ordered samples first and chose one that I really liked. I spoke to Vanessa to confirm if Nouveau Cosy Toes II Carpet Tiles would be the right choice for me. She confirmed it was. I placed the order and the floor tiles were delivered as planned. We fitted them ourselves today and they look fantastic. They are really soft underfoot and after a good hoover I'm super pleased with them. Transformed the room. The price was reasonable too.
