I make no appologies for a long review:
From Good Friday to Easter Monday the company was closed. However, I had a phone call on the Saturday from Chris to inform me of a delivery and an email from Ross on Easter Sunday with regards to a new order I had just placed. What excellent customer service!
(The carpet tiles are great too)
I would highly recommend dctuk to anyone wanting peace of mind that their order is being looked after by dedicated and helpful staff.
