Very pleased with my order my dcuk itself . However very disappointed with the packing , especially as it is a christmas gift . May I suggest you post out with protective bag as the box was completely wet on arrival and soaked through the foams and paper inside , I had to dry everything out and remove some of the foams completely . Fortunately the dcuk had not been affected but only just . I understand that when it left your business it would have been in perfect condition however the postal service are not to be relied upon . I just think a branded bag covering would make all the difference .
