I ordered a small penguin and name tag for my granddaughter. However, one of the eyes isn't painted and it's head is sideways. Not what I'd have chosen. I rang to ask if I could exchange it. I spoke to Steve, who was extremely helpful and said he would send a replacement. It was so nice to talk to someone, without having to press lots of options. A 1st class service!
