The service was excellent. I was ordering a name tag and the name I required was more letters than it would allow. I emailed customer service to ask if I could get the required name. They replied within 30 minutes confirming they could and how to complete the order form. The tag arrived within 48 hours of the order. All in all a very good service thank you.
