Excellent product only surpassed by the dedicated service by their staff. Royal Mail 'lost' my first dispatched order. It was for a birthday present. When I called DCUK to advise my order had not arrived they dispatched a replacement by DHL for delivery the next day. Steve was sooo helpful. And the beautiful duck 'flew' in on time for the birthday party. Conquackulations DCUK. Great birthday present, and great to own!
