The ducks arrived very quickly and well packaged. Sadly one of the ducks had been damaged so I got in touch by email. The response was very quick and the problem was resolved. Fantastic customer service and I can't wait to give these beautiful ducks as a present. I will definatley be looking for my next gift soon 😊.
