All three (two penguins and one robin) were received well wrapped and looked fabulous. I paid for the extra special box which brought a real sense of magic to the occasion, big thumbs up for that. The whole experience was very professional and brought a smile to the recipient’s eyes. The one small criticism- I paid to have the robin named but the printing of the names is so pale it’s virtually the same colour as the back ground, hard to see it at all! And it’s printed onto a small piece of card board which was disappointing. Other than that the whole experience was perfection and I would recommend to anybody to purchase, Just don’t expect too much from the name tags at this time.
