Fantastic company, product and customer service. I wanted to order a specific item three days before Christmas but could see on the website that I was too late for the delivery dates etc so I called the company in Totnes and a lovely, helpful lady answered and could not have been more wonderful, she ensured that the product I was desperate to order in time for Christmas, as a gift, was sent out to me the same day (actually received confirmation within the hour of my item being sent) and it arrived the very next day. Absolutely brilliant and all products are amazing.
