I've bought a personalised dcuk every time a grandchild arrived but was slightly disappointed when my new dcuk had a cardboard name tag. I contacted them asking if there was any chance I could have a wooden tag so all the dcuks matched and couldn't believe that within 48 hours they had sent me a wooden tag even though they have now stopped using them. Cannot fault the personal service I received. Thank you so much.
