Ordered Monday arrived Thursday. Quality of duck very good even though wrong one sent. Spoke to a very helpful member of your team and correct duck dispatched on Thursday and arrived on Saturday in time for my daughters birthday. She loves her duck and the personalised name tag. 5 star rating even though order dispatchEd was incorrect. I think a family of ducks will soon be winging its way to my daughters house.😀
