I recently purchased two dinky ducks from you in celebration of the Queen’s 70th Jubilee. They have arrived this morning and I cannot express my upset, disappointment and anger at the products that I have received.
I have been purchasing products from Dcuk for a number of years and have always been awed at how beautiful they are and how they make such wonderful and personalised presents. Today when I opened the dinky Dcuk they were not to the same standard that I have previously received. I was shocked!
Not only do the ‘limited edition’ dcuks look like they have been done by a toddler with a silver sharpie and some clear nail varnish but they did not come in the beautiful cardboard display box that other dinky dcuks come in.
For someone who brought these as a keep sake for myself and my mother to remember a momentous occasion in British history and to then want to pass them on down our generations, I am deeply angered and saddened at the quality of your ‘limited edition’ dcuks.
