Absolutely outstanding customer service from the ladies in the office and on the telephone. As promised my parcel arrived next day, all beautifully packaged up. And as requested one of the little penguins (captain) was facing forward. Mother-in-law whose 82nd birthday was next day, it was an amazing picture to see her face light up 🤩🤩🤩 when she unwrapped her penguins. She utterly loves them 💝💝💝. And surprisingly you guys named one of them Ian, that's her son/my hubby, how spooky. Thank you to everyone for making my purchase simple easy stress free and an actual pleasure.
