Ordered two of the disco ducklings one was sparkly and beautiful the other one was dull with no sparkle contacted customer services and was told they had changed the glitter to an eco-friendly one which is no way near as sparkly such a shame as they are beautiful gifts , customer services sent out a new duck from the old stock to replace the one that wasn't very sparkly, customer service was happy too help and change the duck for me, very happy
