I have taken delivery of 2 ducks & 2 penguins to be given as Christmas gifts. I love them all & having 15% discount from DCUK was a bonus. They arrived with a minor delay due to the postal strike but still in good time. My gripe is with Royal Mail as they left the parcel outside & it was only the kindness of my neighbour that saved them from the elements as we were away for the weekend. I have made a complaint directly with Royal Mail. Other than delivery issues outside of DCUKs control I am always extremely happy with my purchases & service.
