My parcel by Royal Mail arrived in good time for Christmas but unfortunately it was the wrong duck! Not a problem one quick phone call to DCUK and the right one was winging its way by courier to Scotland and arrived the next day. A lovely product and excellent customer service. I'm sure this little Christmas duckling will only be the first of many as I would certainly buy again.
