We bought 3 ducks at a Christmas Fayre we went to the web site to get the complementary name badges, once looking at the site we decided to get a set of tree decorations with the names of the Grandchildren, worried about getting the names and delivery in time for Christmas I rang and spoke to a very nice and helpful person who told me how to order everything on line and use the DPD delivery service, slightly more expensive but I ordered at 3pm and they arrived next day. A carefully well made product that the grandchildren enjoyed putting on the tree. Two mot orders followed all arriving the next day including, remarkable as all the orders were personalised
